Become a Team Member
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, upbeat individuals to join the Flavor It family! This is a fast paced, customer service role that is about more than just a job. It is an opportunity to brighten someone’s day and create lasting memories, one sweet treat at a time.
Team members hand create and serve frozen treats, operate the cash register, keep the shop clean and organized, and jump into the high energy chaos that comes with working in a shop built on smiles and sprinkles!
We are a nights and weekends kind of place. We are open year round and open on some major holidays, especially during the warmer months. If your schedule includes frequent sports, clubs, vacations, or other ongoing conflicts, this may not be the right fit. We love student employees, but due to scheduling demands, we are prioritizing applicants with minimal outside commitments.
We are a family owned business that values a fun, welcoming workplace and provides opportunities to grow and succeed. Applicants must be 15 or older, with a valid work permit through school.
